Natto is made from soybean fermentation and the main ingredient of its viscous colloid is γ-PGA. γ–PGA is called NATTO GUM in international cosmetics pharmacopoeia. It is also called plant collagen or collagen vegetal in Europe and Japan. In China, we call it Natto gel, polyglutamic acid or sodium polyglutamate.

ZigaMoist PM-II is a natural polysaccharide obtained by fermentation of filamentous fungus. Sclerotium rolfsii is a fungus that grows in the roots of plants and it produces a membranous scleroglucan; it can increase the water content and prevent water loss from cells. Scleroglucan (polysaccharide derived from D-glucose) belongs to class of glucan.

γ-Polyglutamate Hydrogel (γ-PGA Hydrogel) adopts special biological cross-linking technology which enables horizontal linking of the linear γ-polyglutamic acid into (γ-PGA) a three-dimensional reticulated product.
